NO. We have done business for 20+ years and our outstanding service is the only contract that binds us. We know you will have us back because we do outstanding work. We understand life happens and at times you have to cut back but we also know when times are good you will have us back. 

NO. In fact most clients are only present for the first clean or two and once they trust us the no longer feel it necessary however, we don’t mind if you want to be there while we clean its totally up to you. 

There are a lot of variables to this questions but the most common home 3-4br and under 4k square feet will take us between 2-3hrs. it’s important to remember you aren’t paying us hourly its for the service so at times we may need to stay longer to complete and others we may finish quicker. It just depends on the variables. 

If you are on a routine cleaning schedule (weekly or Bi-Weekly) you will most definitely have the same team week in and week out. There may be a specialist from time to time that comes in or if someone is out sick there may be a one time sub however, its very rare.
